We’ll be serving you a slice of Jax – Celebrity chef Jax Hamilton that is, with lots of hilarity and banter, delicious food overflowing – she will delight our audiences once again with her twist on seafood recipes matched with award winning local wines to taste… all included in your entry ticket price.
Supported by Kasey and Karena Bird, who will surprise and educate our audience with fantastic simple yet tasty recipes that are easy to replicate at home.
