2.11 If, having received details of the personal information held about you, you determine that is is incorrect, incomplete or inappropriate and would like it corrected, completed or erased then please let us know in writing using the contact details above.

2.13 If we become aware that the information held about you may have become the subject of a privacy breach then we will promptly:

(b) notify the office of the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner in relation to any material breach; and
